By using CallJots, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
CallJots is an AI-powered VoIP platform that provides real-time call transcription, smart summaries, and encrypted call storage. The service is provided by Joomo Enterprises.
Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use CallJots.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You may not share your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CallJots for any unlawful purpose, to harass or threaten others, to record calls without consent where required by law, or to attempt to circumvent our security measures.
Intellectual Property
Your call content and notes remain your property. CallJots' software, trademarks, and branding are the property of Joomo Enterprises.
Payment
CallJots offers per-minute billing via Bitcoin Lightning and Stellar (XLM). Free trial periods (such as 3 months of Pro for early access members) are provided at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
CallJots is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
